DESCRIPTION:We’re headed “BACH” to School this Sunday! Join us for worship\, baptisms\, backpack blessings for all ages\, and music from the Heartwood Suzuki School (an educational program of Ensemble in Residence\, the Tallahassee Bach Parley). Students and teachers of all ages are encouraged to bring your backpacks to service where we will bless them for the start of the school year. \nThis traditional Rite II Service of Holy Eucharist meets in the main sanctuary in person. This service includes choir\, organ\, and Children’s Chapel. \nIt will also be livestreamed. \nVisit our ONLINE WORSHIP page.

SUMMARY:Youth Trip to Wild Adventures
DESCRIPTION:Calling all 6th–12th graders—get ready for a full day of thrills\, rides\, and laughter with your St. John’s friends at Wild Adventures in Valdosta\, GA on Saturday\, August 11! We’ll meet at the church at 9:00 AM and return by 7:00 PM after a jam-packed day of fun. \nWe need some adults who can drive and chaperone\, so please contact Hannah Shelly (hannah@saint-john.org) if you’re available. \nPurchase your Wild Adventures ticket in advance! St. John’s will provide lunch for everyone in the park. \nThroughout the day\, students will explore the park independently in groups of three or more\, with scheduled check-ins with our adult leaders. This outing is designed for students who are comfortable navigating the park responsibly without direct adult supervision. If you’re unsure whether your child is ready for that level of independence\, we encourage you to wait until next year. \nREGISTER TODAY
