After nearly a decade in full-time parish ministry\, Fr. Marsh became a high school teacher. It was in an unexpected setting—an English Literature class—where his students became his teachers. They are the ones who “really” introduced him to the Enneagram\, an ancient tool of personality typing that reveals the deep-seated motivations behind our behaviors. \nFor Fr. Marsh\, the Enneagram is more than just a personality test; it is a spiritual map.
